Gifted Fitness was founded in 2025 by a dancer, fitness instructor, and creative entrepreneur with a passion for wellness, movement, faith, and empowering both women and men.

With over a decade of experience in mentorship and the art of movement, I created this brand to help others understand who they are and whose they are.
